At PlantAura, we’re committed to delivering your order safely and on time, no matter where you are in India.

Delivery Timeline

  • Order Processing: 1 to 2 business days

  • Shipping & Delivery: 5 to 10 business days across India

  • Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times due to logistical constraints.

Shipping Charges

  • Flat Rate: ₹49 per order

  • Free Shipping: Orders above ₹499 automatically qualify
    Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment.

Service Coverage

  • We ship to all states and union territories within India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and SMS.

  • You can also track the status from the “My Orders” section on your account page.

Delays and Exceptions

  • While most deliveries are on time, delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or regional disruptions.

  • For delays beyond 14 days, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the item will be returned to the warehouse.

  • Prepaid orders will be refunded within 5 to 7 business days after the item returns to origin.
